DR. ANGELA D. PEARSON

President and CEO

Dr. Angela D. Pearson is the President and CEO of OD Synergistics Consulting LLC, a strategic advisory firm she founded in 2019. She partners with organizations across the United States and internationally to strengthen leadership, transform organizational culture, and improve business performance through her signature Engage Transform Sustain™ (ETS™) Framework. Known for turning complex challenges into practical solutions, Angela helps leaders embed belonging, accountability, and operational excellence into the everyday employee experience. As a certified AI Consultant, she also advises organizations on the responsible integration of artificial intelligence, helping leaders modernize workflows, strengthen decision making, and keep human judgment at the center of organizational success.

A published author, Angela wrote the Holistic Self Care Journal and The Grief Relief Journal. Her forthcoming books include The Table Between Us: A Story About Repairing Culture, Finding Courage, and Rebuilding Together and Governance in Automated Decisioning: Reclaiming Executive Authority in the Age of Algorithms.

In addition to her consulting work, Angela is a U.S. Navy and Army veteran, a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Coach, and an organizational psychology practitioner with more than two decades of leadership experience. Throughout her career, she has held leadership roles across operations, human resources, learning and development, environmental health and safety, continuous improvement coach and organizational culture, giving her a unique ability to help organizations align people, strategy, technology, and business performance. Angela has also served her community as a six year member of the Board of Directors for Food Pantries for the Capital District, including as Board President, and as a SHRM Foundation Military Community Ambassador, supporting veterans as they transition into meaningful civilian careers. She is passionate about helping organizations build cultures of belonging, develop courageous leaders, and responsibly integrate AI to create stronger workplaces and sustainable business results.
