DR. ANGELA D. PEARSON

President and CEO

Angela serves as President and CEO of OD Synergistics Consulting LLC, founded in 2019. She is a trusted advisor to business leaders across U.S. and international organizations, partnering with them to diagnose organizational challenges, redesign structures and processes, and strengthen leadership capability.

What distinguishes her approach is a commitment to practical integration. Angela helps organizations embed belonging and inclusion into daily operations rather than treating culture work as a separate initiative. She also brings specialized expertise in Strategic AI leadership, guiding HR and culture leaders through the responsible integration of AI tools into organizational systems. She has developed custom GPT tools, including the Accountability Accelerator, Inclusive Lens, Culture Connect: African American AMA, Courageous Conversations, PsychSafety Guide, Military-to-Civilian Skill Translator, and InsightPath HR, that help leaders operationalize culture strategy, streamline decision making, and embed inclusive practices into daily workflows.

A published author, Angela wrote the Holistic Self Care Journal and The Grief Relief Journal. Her forthcoming books include The Table Between Us: A Story About Repairing Culture, Finding Courage, and Rebuilding Together and Governance in Automated Decisioning: Reclaiming Executive Authority in the Age of Algorithms.

In addition to her consulting work, Angela is a Navy and Army veteran and a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Coach. In her career, she has over 20 years of experience. She has worked for many well-known companies in roles such as Operations Leader, Human Resources Generalist, Training Manager, and Environmental Health and Safety Manager. She is currently the Director of Organizational Culture & Belonging for ITHAKA Harbors, a board member of The Food Pantries for the Capital District (past Board President), and a dedicated SHRM/USAA Veteran Ambassador.
